Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Magnolia Post Acute in Colonial Heights, VA. Responsibilities:- Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations
- Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys
- Monitor QI/QM data and survey reports; provide recommendations for improvement
- Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee
- Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Assist with discharge planning coordination
- Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Registered Nurse (RN) license active to work in VA
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
- Previous Supervisor experience
