We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician Lead to support laboratory and manufacturing operations by performing routine and non-routine inspections, testing materials, and determining product acceptance based on established quality standards. This role helps guide technicians, coordinates workflow, and ensures finished products meet specifications prior to release to inventory and shipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspection and testing of printed and laser-perforated materials using defined test plans
  • Evaluate product quality and communicate results to production and leadership teams
  • Troubleshoot quality concerns and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain accurate QA documentation, test data, and records
  • Review pallet release documentation and release finished goods for shrink wrapping and shipment
  • Inspect and test raw materials as required
  • Support daily laboratory workflow and provide guidance to technicians
Laser Lab Duties
  • Log incoming rolls and inks
  • Conduct quarterly paper and core audits
  • Review certificates of analysis for incoming cores
  • Assist with laser lab training and technical support
  • Participate in GMP audits
  • Perform laser equipment startup and shutdown procedures
Quality Lab Duties
  • Perform gas chromatography testing, retesting, and data entry
  • Conduct quarterly equipment audits (rub testers and other QA instruments)
  • Manage QA inventory and supplies
  • Assist with technician training and lab leadership support
  • Participate in GMP audits
