Lead store operations and people leadership including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; manage associate schedule and development.;
Enhance the pet parent and associate experience by ensuring safety, service excellence, and compliance with policies.;
Analyze store performance, drive profitability, and manage labor and other store metrics; prepare and post schedules; oversee payroll within budget.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership on in-store and community events and adoption partnerships; monitor store standards and safety practices.;
Prepare and review reporting and communicate business results to leaders and associates; implement improvement plans as needed.
