East Coast Appliance is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our retail sales team. This role is ideal for a results‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a high‑quality in‑store experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom.
• Train team members to build strong product knowledge and selling skills.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

• Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential) – $55k+
• Paid bi‑weekly.

  Full‑time (5 days/week), flexible schedule required, weekends and holidays required.

• 2+ years of management experience in retail sales.
• Appliance sales experience preferred.
