Position Title

As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, contributing to the store’s success and company growth.

  create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: participate in daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance, while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

  work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals, adhering to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.

• Proven experience in retail or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs; ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with company policies.
• Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers; proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (eligible employees 16+ in specified states).

Requires prolonged standing (4–14 hours per day), stooping and kneeling to place merchandise, reaching and pulling to stock or retrieve items, and occasional ladder use or stairs. Must be able to lift 5–25 lbs regularly; may lift heavier in certain circumstances. Good vision, including color differentiation. Moderately noisy retail setting.

Pay range: $14.00 – $14.00 per hour. Eligible for the company 401(k) plan.
