Position Title

Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor

As a member of Management, you will be the heartbeat of our store, responsible for managing daily operations, inspiring a high-performance team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth.

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team.
• Foster a positive work environment, set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
• Implement local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with the community to enhance brand presence.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.
• Complete additional duties and projects as required.

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.

Assistant Store Manager:
Open availability to open and close the store, including mornings, days, and nights; minimum 5 days per week; average 44 hours per week, increased during peak periods.

Supervisor:
Availability to open and close the store, 5 days per week, minimum 30 hours per week.

All Management positions require availability on weekends and holidays, punctuality, regular attendance, reliable transportation, clear spoken and written English, and basic business mathematics. May require relocation within the company network.

Requires prolonged standing (5 to 14 hours daily), long periods during peak sales (up to 12 hours), stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling, ladder climbing, and lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly. Good vision required. Work environment moderately noisy.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 2+ years of retail leadership experience strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assistant Manager pay: $17.38 – $20.50 per hour with bonus opportunities based on KPIs.

Supervisor pay: $16.00 per hour.
