Trains the crew on the BE.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly check out;
Oversees the daily activities of store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service;
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues;
Manages opening/closing of the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and ensuring a smooth daily operation
