As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to sell products, and offer support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all relevant information for the best experience, work on garment refill and care, presentation, and help maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house.

- Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience when available, supporting them with direct service.
- Engage and converse with customers to promote excellent service.
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
- Promote and sell products effectively.
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to meet sales targets with the store management team.
- Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, brands, competitors and relevant influencers.
- Share relevant fashion and product information with customers.
- Share and retain service, fashion, and store‑operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements throughout the store.
- Give and receive feedback to support learning and development.
- Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses relevant to your role and future development.
- Complete the full garment cycle: unpacking, refill, steaming, and ensuring garment care.
- Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
- Support garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive displays that reflect visual and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Upkeep and follow best practice for in‑store OMNI services and technology tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to your role.

- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Experience working in sales or customer service within fashion, retail or related industries.
- Experience with customer‑service duties in fashion, retail or other service‑related sectors.
