Position Overview

As a Golf Specialist, you will deliver personalized service, support service execution, and drive sales through strong product knowledge. You help create an elevated athlete experience rooted in expertise and connection.

• Deliver outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate athlete needs and actively drive sales through product and service recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, essential selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Create a store environment where everyone, both teammates and athletes, is always welcome and treated with respect.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and applicable laws and guidelines.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience preferred.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.

• Targeted Pay Range: $15.50 – $23.50 per hour, based on location, experience, and position.
