Retail Shortage Control - Part Time

Burlington -  - Responsibilities:
Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain security presence;
Greet customers entering or exiting the store with a warm, friendly demeanor;
Monitor store environment and communicate knowledge of shortage areas and theft-prevention programs;
Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates in accordance with safety standards;
Identify theft incidents or suspicious activity and report to Manager on Duty; assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs
