Job Overview
As an Experience Associate Manager, you will work in our newest retail format to elevate the service and sales experience. In partnership with the Experience Store Manager, you will support Senior Mobile Experts as an expert resource on new systems and tools, champion new products, and lead teams through curricula and certification programs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities- Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
- Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in‑store systems and digital tools.
- Coaches in all directions and provides actionable feedback to improve performance.
- Takes ownership of store performance.
- Leads by example in training completion and stays up to date on product and service knowledge.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Retail: 12+ months as Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager (Preferred)
- Care: 12+ months as Associate Coach (Preferred)

Base Pay Range$28.85 - $48.04 per hour (annualized incentive target: $9,600). Actual pay may vary within this range based on location, qualifications, and experience.
