You ll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM. As our Experienced HVAC Installer, your day starts at our central location before heading out to job sites to install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-split systems, and more. You ll handle everything from setting ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections to charging systems and performing vacuum pulls.

You ll work closely with apprentices, electricians, and other techs to complete each job efficiently while keeping communication open and documentation detailed. You ll also interact directly with homeowners or site supervisors, explaining system operation and maintenance, all while keeping the job site clean and organized from start to finish.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-split systems, and related equipment
• Set ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections
• Charge systems and perform vacuum pulls
• Collaborate with apprentices, electricians, and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain open communication and detailed documentation
• Interact with homeowners or site supervisors to explain system operation and maintenance
• Keep the job site clean and organized from start to finish

• 5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience
• Experience communicating systems
• Valid driver s license
• Having high proficiency in sheet metal ductwork fabrication is preferred
