Plumbing Technician​/Journeyman Plumber

Colonial Plumbing Heating Air is seeking to hire a full-time Plumbing Technician / Journeyman Plumber to service, diagnose issues with, repair, and install plumbing equipment and systems for our commercial clients in Colonial Heights, VA. The typical schedule for this position is based on project schedules which may require some overtime and weekends as needed. Can you provide above-and-beyond customer service?

Our Plumbing Technicians / Journeyman Plumbers earn a competitive wage of $27-$37/hour. Combined with spiffs and bonuses, you can earn $60,000-$80,000/year! We also offer health benefits, dental and AFLAC options (pre-tax), AD&D and term life insurances, and a 401(k) plan. We offer six paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and generous PTO (personal time off) after 90 days:

• 40 hours - start through year 3
• 80 hours - 3rd year through year 6
• 120 hours - 7th year through year 19
• 160 hours - 20th year+

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Valid plumber license or equivalent experience
• Current driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work in hot/cold environments, work in small spaces, and regularly lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
