Job Title: Team Lead

What we are looking for:The Team Lead
- Maintenance position is a working team lead, responsible for coordinating maintenance employees in completing daily task required.
Competencies:
- Responsible for coordination with daily work activities of maintenance employees
- Works closely with production supervisor & team leads to determine priority levels and equipment availability to meet PM, work requests, and scheduled work order compliance to meet maintenance metrics KPI goals with a sense of reasonable urgency.
- Proactive mindset, address problems before they become problems
- Manage workload resource balancing. I.e. Appropriate manpower for the assignment
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed using Fixx work order system.
- Locate parts and prices to effect repairs, complete required forms for purchases.
- Use the National Electrical Code, manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machinery and associated equipment.
- Perform all safety checks within the department
- Keep work area clean, safe, and orderly manner
- All other duties assigned
Competencies:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Good knowledge of excel and word documents creating charts and reports.
- Mobile equipment, forklifts, aerial lifts.
- Have experience with a maintenance ticketing system
Competencies:
- Certification
- High School and Trade School or Apprenticeship.
- Ability to successfully accomplish multiple tasks and priorities and quickly adapt in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear.
- The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to but not limited to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to but not limited to 50 pounds.
- The employee must be able to work at heights over 100 feet occasionally.
- Occasional overtime and extended hours are required.
- Occasional work performed in environments > 100 degrees.
