- Consistent attendance record and dependable personal transportation
- Capable of lifting loads up to 50 pounds while performing duties in diverse settings
- Strong analytical abilities to address technical challenges with precision
- Possession of HVAC‑related credentials is highly valued
- Background in remodeling or general construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks autonomously
