Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spray and Accessory Technician located Chesterfield, VA. The Spray and Accessory Technician will be responsible for preparing and applying spray coatings to truck surfaces, installing various truck accessories, and ensuring quality workmanship. Daily tasks include assessing vehicle conditions, preparing surfaces for coating, mixing and applying spray materials, and installing truck accessories such as bed liners, covers, and more.

The technician will also maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in spray coating and surface preparation
• Proficiency in the installation of various truck accessories
• Ability to operate spray equipment and power tools
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive or truck accessories industry is a plus
