Village Behavioral Health (VBH) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support adults with /DD in our residential programs across Virginia. You will provide hands-on, person-centered care, assist with daily living tasks, and help residents build independence and life skills.
We offer shifts including 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Starting wage is $17/hour+ based on experience, plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
