MRX Trucking Inc is a Fed Ex Ground contractor based in Colonial Heights, VA, and we're hiring delivery drivers now. No CDL required - just a clean license, a strong work ethic, and the ability to show up and deliver.

Starting pay is $160/day flat, with weekly Friday direct deposit and full benefits after 90 days. Military and veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

You'll deliver packages to homes and businesses across assigned routes using a company-provided box truck, covering approximately 100 miles per day. Routes are dispatched from our Colonial Heights terminal at 9 AM. The work is physical - you'll be loading, unloading, and moving packages up to 150 lbs, in and out of the truck all day. If you're reliable and comfortable working independently, the pay is consistent and the schedule is predictable.

Compensation

Starting pay $160/day (flat daily rate)
Training pay $120/day (5-10 days paid training)

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• No CDL required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs; frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of the truck
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple stops efficiently
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach
• Prior courier or delivery experience a plus - not required

• Monday-Friday
• Tuesday-Saturday
• Friday-Tuesday
