Role and Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Compliance Auditor is responsible for ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly, with a focus on verifying inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. This role is essential in maintaining an accurate and efficient warehouse environment. The key responsibilities include:
* Performing routine audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and uncover discrepancies.
* Assessing warehouse systems and procedures to verify compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
* Documenting audit findings in detail and reporting discrepancies to the management team.
* Ensuring all inventory movements and stock levels are accurately recorded.
* Collaborating with warehouse teams to address inventory discrepancies and implement necessary corrective actions.
* Providing suggestions for enhancing warehouse accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency based on audit results.
* Assisting in training warehouse personnel on proper inventory control and auditing procedures.
* Helping in the creation and maintenance of audit processes and reports.

Required

Skills and Experience:

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in inventory and warehouse processes.
* Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
* Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with a team to resolve issues and drive improvements.
* Basic understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse functions.
* Clear and effective communication skills, especially in documenting and reporting audit outcomes.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.###
