* Job Description:

** Manage payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations and time and absence system processing and reporting.

A bachelors degree is required; preferably with an emphasis in accounting. Candidate should possess at minimum eight years of payroll experience including experience with Workday time / absence systems with strong technical skills.

* Key Accountabilities:

*** Manage payroll input according to deadlines
* Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts
* Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements
* Manage day-to-day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessary
* Ensure adherence to payroll regulations
* Assist in system integration, including new applications and configuration
** Education/Qualifications/Specialist Training:
*** Bachelors degree / emphasis in accounting
* 8+ years of related experience
* Journal creation and account reconciliation
* Corporate finance experience
* Payroll processing managing inputs thru output review and approval
* Payroll Benefit knowledge
* Accuracy and attention to detail / prioritization / multitasking
* Communication skills

Job Description:

**** Compensation and Benefits
** The annual base salary range for this position is $88,300 - $141,300.  This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
