U.S. Payroll Analyst

Job Description

Manage payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations and time and absence system processing and reporting.

• Manage payroll input according to deadlines
• Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts
• Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements
• Manage day‑to‑day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessary
• Ensure adherence to payroll regulations
• Assist in system integration, including new applications and configuration

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting
• 8+ years of related experience
• Journal creation and account reconciliation
• Corporate finance experience
• Payroll processing managing inputs through output review and approval
• Payroll benefit knowledge
• Accuracy and attention to detail, prioritization, multitasking
• Strong communication skills

• Annual base salary range: $88,300 - $141,300
• Eligible for discretionary annual bonus
