Staff accountant: part-time details:

• Temp-to-hire position
• $20.00 to $25.00/hour
• Full-time work available
• First shift

• Perform month-end close activities and prepare journal entries
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Complete additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Staff accountant: part-time qualifications:

• Previous accounting experience required
• Staff accountant experience preferred
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be able to pass a background check Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds as needed
