Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking an AP Clerk to join their team. As an AP Clerk, you will be part of the accounting department supporting the finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

Shift: Day

What's the Job?

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Verify invoice information, coding, and approvals
• Enter invoices into the accounting system
• Maintain organized accounts payable files and records
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred
• Strong computer skills required
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel preferred
• Ability to accurately process a high volume of transactions
