Financial Talent Group seeks an experienced Director of Accounting for a Colorado Springs nonprofit focused on affordable housing. This hands-on role leads accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and process improvements, partnering with executive leadership and the board.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, real estate/construction accounting, fund accounting, and leadership. CPA preferred but not required;
Yardi experience is a plus.
