The Title Clerk provides clerical support by processing and filing Title paperwork to establish ownership of vehicles being purchased or sold for the Schomp Automotive Group. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, as assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. • Work and process at least 20 Titles per day.
• Obtain duplicate titles from the State of Colorado.
• Punctual and regular attendance.
• Check-in new vehicle Certificates of Origin (Titles), record stock numbers and file appropriately.
• May provide processing and accounting entries for vehicle acquisition into dealer inventory.
• May execute accurate review of vehicle acquisition checklists to validate payments to clients for purchased vehicles.
