Our client, a reputable organization in the property management industry, is seeking a dedicated Property Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Property Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent service to residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Property Administrative Assistant
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay Range: $26.00
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a half-hour lunch
What's the Job?- Answering incoming phone calls and providing professional assistance to residents and visitors
- Accepting and processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with general resident inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth property operations
- Maintaining organized records and documentation related to property management
- Property Management experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in administrative support or customer service preferred
