Office Receptionist

Job Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary:

As Office Manager, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Office Manager and assists with administrative tasks.

  • Answers the telephone, respond to email, sort mail, and route any messages accordingly.
  • Compose and type donation letters, memos, weekly Department Head Meeting minutes, gift certificates, guest comment percentage reports, birthday cards, etc. as directed.
  • Updates calendars and appointments as requested.
  • Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies, as needed.
  • Performs clerical duties such as creating and/or printing fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, filing, photocopying, sending faxes or collating.
  • Provides support to Executive Committee members, as needed.
  • Assists with VIP Guest planning, as directed.
  • Covers for Office Manager by handling all related duties during absences, i.e., vacation, etc. as directed.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. One to two years related administrative experience and/or training.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
