Operations Coordinator (.6 FTE) Essential Responsibilities Registrar & Student Records
- Maintain accurate and confidential student academic records.
- Manage student information systems and maintain data accuracy across school platforms.
- Process transcript requests, records transfers, graduation records, and other academic documentation.
- Assist administration with student scheduling, enrollment reporting, and academic record management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements, accreditation standards, and authorizer requirements.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate tuition management systems.
- Maintain vendor contracts.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
- Maintain records related to background checks, personnel files, incident reporting, and other compliance requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, faculty, and visitors.
- Participate in school events and activities as appropriate.
- Support the mission, values, and Christian character of the school in all interactions with students, parents, and staff.
- Profess and model a sincere Christian faith and support the school's Statement of Faith, mission, and educational philosophy.
- Demonstrate a servant-hearted approach to administration and customer service.
- Serve as a Christlike role model in character, speech, and conduct.
- Possess strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain professional standards of conduct, collaboration, and confidentiality.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, student information systems, financial software, and office technology.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, administration, accounting, education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in school administration, student records management, bookkeeping, business operations, or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with classical Christian education, or a willingness to learn and embrace its philosophy, strongly preferred.
- Commitment to excellence, accuracy, and faithful stewardship.
- Ability to establish and maintain orderly systems and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Appreciation for classical Christian education and its mission.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
- Delight in serving students, families, faculty, and administration through effective and dependable administrative support.
