Upstream Functional Medicine is a leading functional medicine clinic in Colorado Springs focused on helping clients achieve long-term healing through lifestyle transformation and root-cause healthcare. We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Wellness Coordinator to help create an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with warmth and professionalism, enjoys administrative coordination, and has a passion for helping people improve their lives through health and wellness.
What You’ll DoAs a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in supporting both clients and clinic operations by:
- Preserving a warm, welcoming clinic environment
- Helping maintain smooth clinic flow and daily operational organization
- Supporting prospective and new clients through onboarding and nurture communication
- Managing client communication through phone, email, voicemail, and secure messaging
- Coordinating scheduling, appointment preparation, check-ins, and checkouts
- Preparing charts, labs, and materials for provider appointments
- Assisting with inventory, supplements, office supplies, and administrative tasks
- Supporting workshops, events, and occasional evening events
- Assisting with social media engagement and community interaction

We are not simply looking for someone who can complete tasks — we are looking for someone who can think critically, identify patterns, solve problems proactively, and help create better systems as the clinic grows.
Preferred Qualifications- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, healthcare, wellness, or client-facing experience
- Experience in a medical, chiropractic, wellness, fitness, or healthcare environment preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, email, and social media
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- 4-day clinic week after onboarding/training completion
