Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team onsite in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level professional who is passionate about client relationships, project management, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll act as a key point of contact for our clients, helping to ensure their goals are met while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of deliverables.
• Manage and grow assigned client accounts by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
• Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure billing and invoicing are accurate.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing accounts.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Los Angeles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
• A collaborative attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in marketing, tech, advertising industry.
