Role Description
Goggans Consulting is a leadership and performance advisory firm focused on helping mid-market organizations eliminate the internal friction that makes performance require constant pressure.
Keynote engagements serve as the entry point to deeper executive alignment and consulting work. The intellectual property and positioning are established. We are now building the outbound revenue function with the right long-term partner.
This is a commission-based enterprise business development partnership.
You will:
- Identify and target aligned mid-market organizations
- Position keynote engagements as Phase 1 of a broader alignment strategy
- Run discovery conversations and close within defined guardrails
- Build and manage a disciplined pipeline
This is not an appointment-setting role.
This is not high-volume cold calling.
This is strategic account development.
Keynote Engagements- 25% commission if fully closed
- 10% if sourced and founder closes
- 10% commission
Commission paid upon signed agreement and deposit.
No earnings cap.
This role begins as commission-only and is structured as a 90-day pilot partnership.
Qualifications- 5+ years in B2B or professional services sales preferred
- Experience selling $5K–$50K offerings
- Experience with mid-market sales cycles
- Self-directed and disciplined in pipeline management
Builders only. This is an early-stage revenue build with long-term upside.
