School Family Media is seeking Seasonal Fulfillment Team Members to support our Edu Kit business unit in Colorado Springs, CO during our peak season. In this role, you will help pick, pack, receive, and ship school supply kits and related materials to schools and families across the country. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a mission-driven organization that supports school communities.

Available Shifts (Full-Time Seasonal)

Candidates may be scheduled for one of the following shifts based on business needs and availability:

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Overtime may be available during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

Seasonal Fulfillment Team Members may support one or more functional areas based on operational needs:

Picking & Packing

• Accurately pick items using order lists or scanning tools
• Assemble school supply kits according to established guidelines
• Pack products securely to ensure safe shipment
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations

Shipping

• Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and staging
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments safely
• Help ensure orders are shipped on time and to the correct destination

Receiving

• Receive inbound materials and verify quantities
• Assist with stocking, organizing, and replenishing inventory
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies

General Fulfillment Support

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and training
• Support other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work, including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours during peak season
• No prior warehouse experience required - training is provided.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, production, or shipping/receiving environment
• Experience working in fast-paced or seasonal roles

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Team-oriented, goal-driven environment
