We are seeking a Global Business Development Manager –Time and Frequency to lead the worldwide growth of our optical pumping cesium atomic clock portfolio across NMI, defense, data center, and emerging high-precision timing markets.
This is a strategic + execution role responsible for:
- Driving high-value deals with Tier-1 customers
- Positioning cesium as a critical enabler of resilient, secure infrastructure
- Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for cesium-based timing solutions
- Identify and develop new business verticals
: - Space and Satellite Systems
- Critical infrastructure resilience
- Defense & secure communications
- Position cesium clocks vs alternatives:
- Precision Time Protocol
- Rubidium and emerging quantum clocks
- Develop value-based messaging around:
- Holdover performance
- Network resiliency
- Security (anti-jamming / spoofing)
- Engage directly with:
- NMI and timing institutes
- Own and deliver global revenue targets for cesium portfolio
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across regions
- Collaborate with:
- Product management
- R&D teams
- Regional sales teams
- Translate market needs into product and roadmap inputs
- 12 years of experience in:
- Time and Frequency
- Defense / aerospace / critical infrastructure
- Strong understanding of:
- NMI infrastructure ( Time scale, Atomic clocks (cesium, rubidium)
- GNSS-based timing architectures
- Proven track record in:
- Opening new markets / verticals
- NMI, Timing institutes
- Global Navigation Satellite System resilience strategies
- Phd in physics
- Exposure to emerging timing technologies:
Optical timing systems - Strategic thinking with execution discipline
- Ability to translate deep technical concepts into business value
- Strong global mindset (experience across US, Europe, APAC)
- Executive presence and stakeholder influence
- Revenue growth in cesium portfolio
- Strategic wins against competitive technologies
Increased adoption of cesium in resilient timing architectures
