A respected Colorado CM/GC is seeking a Senior Estimator to join its Colorado Springs team, with project coverage extending into Pueblo. The firm delivers community‑focused work in healthcare, higher education, municipal, and non‑profit sectors. Ground‑Up, Renovation, Additions/Expansions
- Build accurate, organized budgets through all design phases
- Identify scope gaps, risks, and constructability issues
- Manage GMP development, subcontractor bidding, and procurement sequencing
- Oversee takeoffs, field verification, and historical cost data updates
- Coordinate OAC and design‑team meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Track market conditions and ensure complete, competitive bid coverage
- 5+ years of commercial GC estimating experience
- Proven success with GMP and Design‑Build projects
- Strong subcontractor bid review and market analysis skills
- High proficiency in Sage, iSqFt, Plan Swift, Excel, Bluebeam
- Advanced ability to interpret geotechnical and soils data
