Job DescriptionIn the capacity of a Roofing Superintendent, you will be tasked with supervising multiple roofing projects each day, ensuring all projects meet our high-quality standards and satisfy our clients' expectations. You will utilize your understanding of construction and residential roofing to represent our company with professionalism when interacting with customers, subcontractors, and other team members.
Responsibilities- Supervise various roofing projects daily, as designated by your superior.
- Ensure that all subcontractors comply with the safety standards established by OSHA and our company.
- Verify that all necessary permits are visibly displayed at job sites.
- Confirm the accuracy and correctness of materials delivered for each project.
- Conduct comprehensive final inspections upon job completion.
- Organize trips to procure additional materials in case of shortages and return excess materials to suppliers as required.
- Maintain consistent updates to our company's CRM with progress reports, including photos of each job site.
