Position SummaryThe Construction Foreman oversees daily reconstruction activities, manages jobsite operations, coordinates subcontractors and vendors, ensures quality control, and serves as a key point of contact between homeowners, project managers, and field crews. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of leading multiple projects while maintaining Restoration 1's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead construction crews on residential and commercial reconstruction projects.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
- Read and interpret construction plans, scopes of work, and project specifications.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Perform quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
- Communicate project updates to Project Managers and customers.
- Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Track labor, materials, and project progress.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
- Assist with carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, framing, and other reconstruction tasks as needed.
- 3+ years of residential and/or commercial construction experience.
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building methods, construction practices, and local codes.
- Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and construction management software is a plus.
- Insurance restoration and reconstruction experience.
- Water, fire, storm, or mold damage restoration knowledge.
- OSHA certification.
- IICRC certifications (preferred but not required).

$24–$26+ per hour
