Responsibilities- Assist with asphalt and concrete work
- Perform pothole repairs
- Construction labor and site cleanup
- Landscaping duties as needed
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Drive company vehicles as needed
- Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing)
- Ability to drive a company vehicle
- Construction or labor experience is a plus, but training is available
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Drug screen
- Background check
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Competitive pay: $18–$19/hr
- Steady full‑time hours
