Assist with site preparation activities, including clearing, grading, and general ground preparation for paving and construction projects;
Perform manual labor associated with earthwork operations, including shoveling, raking, digging, spreading, leveling, and compacting materials;
Assist paving crews during asphalt placement activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
Rake, lute, shovel, and distribute asphalt materials to achieve specified thickness and surface consistency;
Assist with traffic control setup, including placement and removal of cones, barricades, signs, and other traffic control devices
