Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Construction Manager/ Foreman
Responsibilities
- Supports Project Manager in staff meetings, month-end reviews, design review meetings, task force meetings. Participates in Project Status Report meetings.
- Manages direct reports’ performance and is responsible for mentoring direct reports
- Manages project exit strategy
- Conducts pre-award meetings with all major scopes of work and provides final approval in the development of subcontract agreements
- Assists the Project Manager with fiscal responsibilities including final approval of monthly projections, invoices and change orders
- Is responsible for project schedule baseline, updates and management
- Demonstrates strong construction process and knowledge of building codes
- Effectively leads and delivers on key project commitments
- Communicates with the Project Manager, other superintendents, subcontractors and field leaders to ensure project status and any changes are known to all involved parties
- Supports the development of team member competencies and skill sets. Maintains regular communication with team members and actively engages in their growth.
- Is responsible for job set-up, communication, record-keeping and project closeout
- Is responsible for the completion of daily logs
- Is responsible for the completion of electronic jobsite paperwork filing
- Enforces the details of the subcontract agreements and Attachments A, B and C
- Chairs weekly subcontractor Foreman meetings
- Manages site, building and interior layout control
- Reviews shop drawings for conformance to contract and field conditions
- Manages third party testing and resolution of non-conformance
- Is responsible for Architect/Consultant’s observation reports and resolution of non-conformance
- Is responsible for full implementation of company safety, risk management, quality, environmental and stormwater programs
- Is responsible for as-built/record drawings and specifications
- Understanding and review soils reports
- Develops the site logistics plan in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Manages permits and inspections for AHJs
- This position does not have a consistent travel schedule as travel demands will be based upon project pursuits, awards and staffing needs.
- Strong construction process management
- Knowledge of building codes
- Proficient in Procore
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge and use of Primavera 6 and Asta
- Read and comprehend all disciplines of contract documents
- Understanding of project finances
- Knowledge of principles and practices of commercial construction
- Understanding of total station practices for building control
- Self-sufficient and entrepreneurial
- Minimum ten (10) years of general commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 30 Certification is required
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Properly trained in Fall Protection, Excavation, Precast & Steel Erection, Confined space
- Able to pass ICC Class A contractors licensing test
- Capable of passing background clearances
The salary range for this position is $ 102,000 – 130,000 and is dependent in experience and title/rankof position offered.
Additional compensation such as:
Housing, Per Diem, Vehicle and Travel expenses are permissible on an as needed basis as required by project assignment.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, participation in our employee stock ownership program (ESOP) on your first day of hire, and eligibility in our annual bonus program. Annual ESOP contributions and bonuses are dependent on company performance and are not guaranteed from year to year. Both ESOP and bonuses are calculated on one’s eligible compensation for the year.
