Although many will never see what is below their flooring, we take great pride in providing the highest quality concrete foundation that not only looks great but will withstand the test of time.

Our team always has top of the line equipment and software to ensure a smooth process. We have been serving Colorado Springs builders, general contractors, and homeowners for 27+ years and are looking forward to many more.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Analyze and incorporate subcontractor and vendor proposals into estimates, ensuring alignment with project scope and bid requirements.
  • Draft and communicate detailed clarifications, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, and bid qualifications for each proposal.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimation.
  • Review historical cost data on completed projects and apply lessons learned to current estimates to improve accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Prepare thorough estimate packages including job notes, proposal documents, vendor quotes, schedules, specifications, bid assumptions, and correspondence for use by Project Management and Field Operations.
  • Participate (as needed) in the project handoff process from preconstruction to operations.
  • Maintain and update all tracking systems including bid logs and bid closeout documentation.
  • Work as a team with other estimators to monitor daily workflow; provide training, mentorship, and quality control on all estimates.
