What You’ll Do- Own Material Flow:
Track materials from delivery to installation to ensure crews stay productive. - Drive Installation Readiness:
Partner with field teams on sequencing and identify gaps early. - Solve Field Challenges:
Troubleshoot missing, damaged, or incorrect materials with vendors & engineers. - Keep Everyone Informed:
Provide daily/weekly updates (material status, forecasts, budget impacts). - Be the Connector:
Serve as the key liaison between on-site teams and Kansas City‑based Project Engineers. - Stay Safety-Focused:
Ensure compliance with all jobsite safety and material handling procedures.
- 1–3 years in field engineering, project coordination, or construction.
- Strong understanding of project & construction management fundamentals.
- Ability to manage multiple materials/work streams simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, and delivery logistics.
- Ability to read drawings, specs, and installation schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Willingness to work full‑time on-site.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership.
- Comfortable working across field teams, engineers, and leadership.
- Detail-oriented with a safety‑first mindset.
- Direct exposure to large‑scale construction execution.
- Close collaboration with experienced Project Engineers & field leaders.

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
