• Own Material Flow:
  Track materials from delivery to installation to ensure crews stay productive.
• Drive Installation Readiness:
  Partner with field teams on sequencing and identify gaps early.
• Solve Field Challenges:
  Troubleshoot missing, damaged, or incorrect materials with vendors & engineers.
• Keep Everyone Informed:
  Provide daily/weekly updates (material status, forecasts, budget impacts).
• Be the Connector:
  Serve as the key liaison between on-site teams and Kansas City‑based Project Engineers.
• Stay Safety-Focused:
  Ensure compliance with all jobsite safety and material handling procedures.

• 1–3 years in field engineering, project coordination, or construction.
• Strong understanding of project & construction management fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple materials/work streams simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, and delivery logistics.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and installation schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willingness to work full‑time on-site.

• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership.
• Comfortable working across field teams, engineers, and leadership.

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
