Rusin Concrete in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced Residential Estimator to prepare, evaluate, and submit concrete proposals for new home construction. The role works closely with the Preconstruction Manager, communicating with clients, vendors, and estimators to procure work and grow the business.
You will perform quantity takeoffs, develop unit pricing, review subcontractor proposals, and prepare detailed estimate packages for project management and field operations.
