We are Olsson. We engineer and design solutions that improve the world around us. As a company, we promise to always be responsive, transparent, and focused on results – for our people, our clients, and our company.

Job Description

Olsson provides construction management, administration, and observation services for public and private projects to ensure work is performed in conformance with project documents. Our services include daily observation and inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing.

As the Colorado presence grows, you will recruit, develop, mentor, and ultimately lead a team of construction managers and inspectors while overseeing the delivery of construction administration, management, inspection, and observation services throughout the state. Working primarily on heavy civil infrastructure projects, you will strengthen client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and support successful project delivery.

This role is ideal for a construction services professional who is energized by the opportunity to expand Olsson's successful construction services team into Colorado, develop local talent, and further strengthen Olsson's established presence across the Front Range.

This role involves local travel throughout Colorado. You will work in a variety of terrain and weather conditions.
