Elite Surface Infrastructure (ESI) is a growing company located in Englewood Colorado and has been working along the Colorado front range since 1998. ESI is one of the largest construction companies in Colorado that self-performs a variety of services including Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt, Paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for Infrastructure and Infrastructure Improvement Projects in the Commercial, Municipal, and federal sectors.

ESI is hiring Asphalt Paving Asphalt Paving Equipment Operators (Asphalt Laydown Machine, Asphalt Compaction Equipment and Skid Steers). May maintain equipment in addition to other duties. Experience Required.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Ability to efficiently operate on one of the following equipment or equivalent to:
• Asphalt Laydown Machine – CAT 1055F, 555F
• Skid Steer – CAT 272D
• Knowledge of best paving practices and understanding different mix types with compaction and rolling patterns.
• Strive for excellence in every project to achieve optimal results and goals.
• Possess an ownership attitude and be willing to grow and mentor other team members.
• Recognize and communicate change of conditions to Foreman.
• At end of each shift, ensure job site is clean, flow lines are clear of debris and equipment is cleaned, greased, fueled and ready for next day shift.
• Ensure company equipment is properly maintained and cared for.
• Communicate all maintenance, breakdowns, and damages to Foreman.
• Report all accidents and damages immediately to your Foreman.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain effective communication within our organization.
