We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Project Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who can manage complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout with minimal oversight and a high standard for quality and schedule.

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects including ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and specialty facility construction to include fueling stations
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and owner communications
• Coordinate with field superintendents to ensure work is executed on time and to spec
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation in Procore
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively before they affect schedule or cost

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Ground-up construction experience required
• Fueling/fuel station construction experience required
• Experience with medical and dental office construction
• Proficiency in Procore
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
