Basic American Supply is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and efficient order entry and processing
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer concerns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty
• Assist with inventory management and product pricing
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
