Customer Service Lead with Accounting Support

Rasco Janitorial Supply is looking for a dependable and organized
Customer Service Lead
to support daily customer communication, order entry, follow up, internal coordination, and basic accounting clerk duties.

• Answer customer calls and emails professionally
• Enter and review customer orders accurately
• Assist with order status, billing questions, credits, and invoice support
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Maintain organized customer account records and paperwork
• Follow up on open issues until resolved
• Support basic accounting and accounts receivable tasks

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with invoices and customer accounts
• Organized, dependable, and professional
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, and business software preferred
• Customer service, billing, or order entry experience preferred

A janitorial supply company, We deliver supplies, pick up inventory, deliver and pickup equipment. We have a warehouse that needs maintenance and inventory to keep track of. We pride ourselves in our customer service. Our front lobby also serves as a store where anyone can come in and buy supplies and drop off equipment when it needs repair. Forklift experience a plus.
