The Broadmoor Cog Railway is seeking a Seasonal Ticket Agent who will help guests book Cog Railway experiences and sell tickets. Responsibilities include handling cash/credit transactions, assisting customers in person, by phone, or online, and guiding them to boarding areas.
You will use the Rocket Rez system and uphold Broadmoor standards of service and safety. Candidates should be friendly, energetic, and able to work weekends/holidays in a fast-paced environment.
