Job Description
RV Service Advisor - $23 - $25/hour
Colorado Springs, CO
RV dealership looking for experienced Service Advisor to join their service team!!
Responsibilities- Coordinate customer drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Create work orders based on information gathered from customer.
- Ensure work orders are complete and contain all required information.
- Review and close works orders for completed jobs in a timely manner.
- Inform Service Manager of repair issues as they occur.
- Manage incoming service calls from customers.
- Work with warranty companies to ensure payment.
- 2-3 years prior experience is required!
- RV experience is preferred!
- Clean background
