Overview
Liberty High School is seeking to hire a woodwind instructor to assist with teaching flute, clarinet, and saxophone students in sectional and large group settings within the Marching Band. Applicants will also work with students on visual responsibilities and marching technique. Though woodwinds will be the main focus, applicants will also assist in full ensemble rehearsals. Applicants will work as part of a team with other coaches, band staff, and directors to deliver high quality instruction to students throughout the marching band season.
Prior experience through performance and/or coaching is preferred. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to teaching and working with students, coordinating and communicating with administration, staff, and community members.
- Reports consistently for work as scheduled

- Assists the licensed staff member with assigned tasks
- Completes non-licensed instructional responsibilities

- Meets the identified learning needs of assigned students as directed by a licensed staff member
